Who owns the copyright of a published content?

When a user publishes a content spontaneously or in response to a request, he yields to Whoosnap the exclusive right of use, publication and sale of that content. Its copyright remains with the photographer.

If the contents are not purchased with exclusive rights, the buyer will have a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use, reproduce , edit, publish and display the content according to the Terms and Conditions of this contract. He may not resell the content.
